I attended the seminar on Maulana Arshi on 25 Dec 2004 organised by Qaide i Azam Library and GCU Lahore.It is rather unfortunate that Govt. of pakistan has not taken any initiative to gloryfy this great Scholar of Undivided India and after.Honourably he took his honours from Oriental college,Lahore in 1926.I take this apportunity to request the learned authorities of Govt. of Pakistan to initiate in this direction and atleast to honour Maulana Arshi name any university or library of repute or research center for him.He was not a scholar who belongs to India but a international figure of literary world. At present i am busy in research work on Maulana Arshi and would request the readers to help me out in this jesture. Ayaz Khan Dear readers
